Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive:

  • A tracking link, where available, to monitor your shipment status.

🚫 Failed Deliveries

Delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Phone number being unreachable

  • Refusal to accept the parcel

In such cases, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to Romanza Beauty.

Re-shipping charges may apply if the parcel is returned due to circumstances caused by the customer.

  • Our team may contact you by call or WhatsApp to confirm your order, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.

📦 Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect products, please contact Romanza Beauty within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.
