For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you through phone or WhatsApp for confirmation. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled. Repeated fake or refused orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Romanza Beauty currently delivers within Pakistan through courier partners. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, remote locations, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Section 9 — Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products may not qualify for return or refund.
